- Drivers will make reasonable efforts to contact passengers if delays occur.

8. Limitation of Liability
- Darwin Transfers will not be held liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, accidents, weather, or unforeseen events.

- Our liability is limited to the value of the booked transportation service.

- Seat belts must be worn at all times where required by law.
